International Tournament – 23 September

Its already September and after a super-charged summer of tennis the INTERNATIONAL is the last of our major tournaments of the year, and will take place on the 23rd of September.  The tournament is open to ALL ADULT MEMBERS and will replace the normal club and Improver Sessions on the Saturday afternoon.

To enter, organise a team of 4 players (2 ladies and 2 men) representing the country of your choice.   If you are unable to form a team, please enter as an individual and we will try and create an extra team.

This year, only a maximum of 8 teams will be accepted because of the resurfacing of the macadam courts.  Two groups of 4 teams will be battling it in a round robin format to make it to the final to succeed last year’s winners, Afghanistan.

There will also be a prize for the best dressed team so don’t forget to wear your colours!  It is already getting quite competitive so make sure you get your entries in soon!

To enter, please send your team entries to John Pedevilla by Monday 18th Sept.  Entrance fee is £3 per player.
