Team Open Days – March 2018

Gavin and Lucy (our Men’s and Ladies captains) will be running team open days on Sunday March 4th (Men’s) and Sunday March 11th (Ladies).  The sessions will run 1 – 4pm and depending on numbers on the day will include some free hitting, drills, and then match play in the form of rotating extended tie-breaks.  Followed of course by some drinks in the bar afterwards!

The goal is to give players a chance to show what they can do in an environment outside of the social club sessions and also to answer any questions about the team format and what’s involved.

Importantly, we want as many of the current team players to attend as possible so we can ensure a good standard of play on the day and integrate new prospective players.

There will be no charge for balls on the day, and we look forward to welcoming as many people as possible.  Whilst the intent is to focus on the Men on 4th and Ladies on 11th, we will likely be able to accommodate a few “crossovers”, so let us know if you cannot make the allotted date.
