Tennis Fun Day with Hog Roast & DJ – Saturday 8 July

Come down to Beckenham Lawn Tennis Club on Saturday 8th July for a fun filled day for all the family. There will be an action-packed day of tournaments followed by a Hog Roast & DJ in the evening.

•  Adults and children can take part in our Summer Tournament (cost £10 per person)
•  Join in a Hog Roast social with DJ from 7:30 p.m. (Adults: £20, Under 21s: £10)

All money raised on 8 July 2017 will go to Beckenham LTC to help fund the new clay courts.

ITINERARY FOR SATURDAY, 8 JULY
Tennis Tournament (Adults – all levels & Juniors, £10 per person)
1:45 – 2:00 p.m. – Welcome and Tournament Rules
2:00 – 5:00 p.m. – Junior & Adult Tournament
5pm – Tournament Prize-giving

At approx. 4:00pm – Tea served in the Summer Pavilion.

Junior Tournament will be played on Clay and Macadam courts; Adult will be played on Acrylic and Grass.

There will be no Club or Improver’s session on that day but the tournament is open to all levels and teams will be pre-arranged so please make sure you sign up without delay.

7:00 p.m. – Guests arrive
7:30 p.m. – Hog Roast begins
7:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. – DJ Dave
11pm – CLOSE
